Agreements
- Terms of ServiceThe rules for using Techoclaro. Techoclaro is a self-help tool, not a law firm: it does not give legal advice and cannot promise any result.
- Privacy PolicyWhat personal information Techoclaro collects, why, who helps us process it, and the choices and rights you have. We do not sell your personal information and we do not use advertising trackers.
- PRO Organization TermsExtra terms for attorneys, legal aid offices, housing counselors and other organizations that use Techoclaro PRO to work on many homeowners’ cases. The client always decides who sees their case, and professional responsibility stays with the professional.
- Acceptable Use PolicyWhat you may and may not do on Techoclaro. Use it honestly, for your own situation or with permission, and never to harm or take advantage of homeowners.
- Refund & Cancellation PolicyPlans are monthly and can be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you paid for. You can get a full refund within 14 days of a plan charge. Letters are non-refundable once mailed, and the Credit Health add-on is billed only after the work is done.

- Data Retention & Deletion PolicyHow long Techoclaro keeps each kind of information, how you can delete it, and which records we must keep longer for legal, billing and security reasons.
- SMS / Text Messaging TermsHow Techoclaro uses text messages: sign-in codes you ask for, and case deadline reminders only if you turn them on. Reply STOP (or ALTO) to stop and HELP (or AYUDA) for help. Message and data rates may apply.
- Communications & Opt-Out PolicyWhat emails, text messages and letters Techoclaro sends, which ones you can turn off, and how to stop each of them. A request to stop is honored on every channel.

- Legal Information DisclaimerTechoclaro is a self-help tool. It is not a law firm and is not a substitute for the advice of an attorney. Using it does not make anyone your lawyer.
- Mortgage Assistance DisclosuresTechoclaro is a self-help tool, not a company that negotiates with your lender. We are not the government or your lender, we cannot promise your loan will change or that a sale will stop, and free help is available from HUD-approved housing counselors at 1-800-569-4287.
- Credit Health DisclosuresCredit Health gives you self-help tools to review your credit reports and send your own letters. The paid add-on is billed only after work is done, can be cancelled for free within 3 business days, and cannot promise any result. Your federal rights are printed in full below.
- AI Use DisclosureSome Techoclaro features use an AI system. We label AI output where you see it, ground it in your documents and the law, and compute legal deadlines without AI. AI can be wrong, so check what it says.
- Accessibility StatementWe want everyone to be able to use Techoclaro, in English or Spanish, on any device and with assistive technology. Our goal is WCAG 2.2 Level AA. If something gets in your way, tell us and we will help.
