What we pay for, in plain words
- We pay a commission only when someone you referred buys a paid plan (Silver, Gold or Platinum).
- We never pay for a free sign-up. The free plan stays free for everyone.
- We never pay for anything that depends on how a person's case turns out. No bonus for a sale being postponed, a loan being modified or anything else in a case.
- Every partner is reviewed by a person before any link works.
- Nonprofits can choose recognition instead of money: listed as a partner, never paid.

The rules every partner follows
- Tell your audience, clearly and before they click, that you may earn a commission. We show them the same notice when they arrive.
- Never promise a result. Techoclaro is a self-help tool, not a law firm, and nobody can promise what happens in a case.
- Never charge a homeowner anything, and never ask for money up front on our behalf.
- You will never see who signed up. Your portal shows counts and totals only.
- No sign-ups for yourself: an account with your own address never counts.
