Credit Health Disclosures
Effective September 24, 2026 · Techoclaro LLC
Draft pending attorney review. This text may change before it is final; we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
Credit Health gives you self-help tools to review your credit reports and send your own letters. The paid add-on is billed only after work is done, can be cancelled for free within 3 business days, and cannot promise any result. Your federal rights are printed in full below.
1. What Credit Health is
Credit Health is part of Techoclaro, operated by Techoclaro LLC, a Texas limited liability company, 1341 W. Mockingbird Lane, Dallas, TX 75247. It helps you:
- read the credit reports you get and upload yourself;
- spot entries that may be inaccurate, incomplete or unverifiable, and learn the law that applies;
- prepare dispute, validation and similar letters that you review, approve and sign;
- track the legal deadlines for answers, with a calendar and reminders.
You stay in control. You decide which items to dispute and what to say. Every letter goes out in your name, only after you approve it. We do not contact credit bureaus, creditors or debt collectors for you except to mail the letters you approve, and we never speak for you.
Free tools and the paid add-on. The basic Credit Health tools are free education and self-help. The Credit Health add-on is a paid monthly service that adds more help with your letters and reminders. Because the add-on is a paid service meant to help you improve your credit record, we treat it as covered by the federal Credit Repair Organizations Act and similar state laws, and we follow their rules: the written disclosures on this page, a written agreement, no fees before the work is done, and your right to cancel.
Techoclaro is not a law firm, is not a credit bureau, and is not a debt settlement or debt relief company. We do not lend money, pay your debts, or negotiate with creditors. See our Legal Information Disclaimer.
2. No promised results
We cannot promise any change to your credit report or credit score, and we do not. Whether an entry is corrected or removed is decided by the credit bureau or the company that reported it, under the law.
Accurate negative information cannot be removed. No one — not you, not Techoclaro, not any “credit repair” company — has the right to have accurate, current and verifiable information removed from your credit report. Most accurate negative information can stay on your report for 7 years, and bankruptcy information for up to 10 years.
We will never help you dispute information you know is accurate, claim an account is “not mine” when it is, create a new credit identity (such as a “CPN”), or make any false statement to a credit bureau or creditor. Doing so can be illegal.
You can do all of this yourself for free. You have the right to dispute inaccurate information directly with the credit bureaus at no cost, and you can get free credit reports at AnnualCreditReport.com. You do not need to pay anyone, including us, to exercise these rights.
3. Consumer Credit File Rights Under State and Federal Law
Federal law (15 U.S.C. § 1679c) requires a credit repair organization to give you the following statement before you sign any contract with it. It is reproduced here exactly as the law states it. Some of it is out of date (for example, today you can get free credit reports every week at AnnualCreditReport.com, and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau also oversees credit bureaus), but the law does not allow the statement to be changed. Before you accept the Credit Health add-on agreement, this statement is given to you as a separate document. [CONFIRM before publishing: the add-on sign-up flow does not yet show this statement as a separate document or keep a signed acknowledgment.]
Consumer Credit File Rights Under State and Federal Law
You have a right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit report by contacting the credit bureau directly. However, neither you nor any 'credit repair' company or credit repair organization has the right to have accurate, current, and verifiable information removed from your credit report. The credit bureau must remove accurate, negative information from your report only if it is over 7 years old. Bankruptcy information can be reported for 10 years.
You have a right to obtain a copy of your credit report from a credit bureau. You may be charged a reasonable fee. There is no fee, however, if you have been turned down for credit, employment, insurance, or a rental dwelling because of information in your credit report within the preceding 60 days. The credit bureau must provide someone to help you interpret the information in your credit file. You are entitled to receive a free copy of your credit report if you are unemployed and intend to apply for employment in the next 60 days, if you are a recipient of public welfare assistance, or if you have reason to believe that there is inaccurate information in your credit report due to fraud.
You have a right to sue a credit repair organization that violates the Credit Repair Organization Act. This law prohibits deceptive practices by credit repair organizations.
You have the right to cancel your contract with any credit repair organization for any reason within 3 business days from the date you signed it.
Credit bureaus are required to follow reasonable procedures to ensure that the information they report is accurate. However, mistakes may occur.
You may, on your own, notify a credit bureau in writing that you dispute the accuracy of information in your credit file. The credit bureau must then reinvestigate and modify or remove inaccurate or incomplete information. The credit bureau may not charge any fee for this service. Any pertinent information and copies of all documents you have concerning an error should be given to the credit bureau.
If the credit bureau's reinvestigation does not resolve the dispute to your satisfaction, you may send a brief statement to the credit bureau, to be kept in your file, explaining why you think the record is inaccurate. The credit bureau must include a summary of your statement about disputed information with any report it issues about you.
The Federal Trade Commission regulates credit bureaus and credit repair organizations. For more information contact:

4. Fees: only after the work is done
Nothing is charged in advance. There is no sign-up, setup, enrollment or first-month fee, and no annual prepayment.
The add-on is billed monthly, in arrears. After each calendar month ends, we check whether at least one piece of add-on work was completed for you in that month. If yes, that month is charged at the monthly price stated in your written agreement. If no work was completed, that month costs $0 and your Billing page shows the $0 line. The agreement lists what counts as work.
Mailed letters. If you ask us to print and mail a letter for you, the per-letter price (for example, First Class or Certified Mail) is shown before you confirm, and it is charged only after the letter has been accepted for mailing.
Every charge appears on your Billing page with the date, what was done and the amount. If you saved a card, it is charged after the month ends, only for charges already on your ledger. If you did not, charges stay on your ledger and you will be asked before anything is collected.
Details are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. Your right to cancel
You may cancel the Credit Health add-on agreement for any reason, without penalty or obligation, until midnight (Central Time) at the end of the 3rd business day after the day you accept it. Business days are Monday through Friday, not counting federal holidays; the day you accept does not count. The exact deadline is shown on your Billing page and in your copy of the agreement. If your state gives you a longer period, you get the longer period.
Nothing done during this window is ever billed.
How to cancel within the window — use any one of these:
- press Cancel the add-on on your Billing page;
- email privacy@techoclaro.com from the email on your account, saying you cancel the Credit Health agreement; or
- mail or deliver a signed, dated copy of the Notice of Cancellation below, or any other written notice, to Techoclaro LLC, 1341 W. Mockingbird Lane, Dallas, TX 75247, before the deadline.
After the window. You can stop the add-on at any time from the same page. Nothing is billed for any month after you stop. If add-on work was completed earlier in the month you stop, that month may still be charged at the end of the month, as explained in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Notice of Cancellation
Federal law (15 U.S.C. § 1679e) requires this form to come with the agreement. A copy is included with your agreement, with your deadline filled in. You may use it or any other written notice. [CONFIRM before publishing: the agreement shown in the app does not yet include this form.]
Notice of Cancellation
You may cancel this contract, without any penalty or obligation, at any time before midnight of the 3rd day which begins after the date the contract is signed by you.
To cancel this contract, mail or deliver a signed, dated copy of this cancellation notice, or any other written notice to Techoclaro LLC at 1341 W. Mockingbird Lane, Dallas, TX 75247 before midnight on ____________ (the date shown in your agreement)
I hereby cancel this transaction, ____________ (date) ____________ (purchaser’s signature).
The form says “3rd day”; we count 3 business days, which is always the same or longer.
7. Your written agreement and records
Before the add-on starts, you receive a written, dated agreement that states the price and how it is charged, a description of the services, that there are no guaranteed results, Techoclaro’s name and business address, and your right to cancel. You accept it electronically and can view and download it from your Billing page at any time. We keep the date and time you accepted and the exact version of the text you saw. [CONFIRM before publishing: the current agreement text (version 2026-09-24) does not yet state Techoclaro’s business address or a full description of the monthly services, and a download option is not verified.]
Some states have their own credit services laws, which may require registration, a bond, additional disclosures or a longer cancellation period. We offer the paid add-on only where we can meet those rules. [List of states where the add-on is offered, and any state registration numbers, to be added after counsel review.]
