Good morning, Your Honor.

I am representing myself today, so I ask for your patience.

I respectfully ask the Court to consider this case. In US Bank Nat'l Ass'n v. Guillaume, 209 N.J. 449 (2012), the court held that a pre-foreclosure notice of intention must name the actual lender, though the court may cure the defect with a corrected notice rather than dismissal.

I respectfully ask the Court for more time to resolve this.

Thank you, Your Honor, for hearing me. I am ready to answer your questions.
