Good morning, Your Honor.
I am representing myself today, so I ask for your patience.
I respectfully ask the Court to consider this case. In Till v. SCS Credit Corp., 541 U.S. 465 (2004), the court held that secured claims paid through a Chapter 13 plan may carry a prime-plus formula interest rate rather than the contract rate.
I respectfully ask the Court for more time to resolve this.
Thank you, Your Honor, for hearing me. I am ready to answer your questions.
