Good morning, Your Honor.

I am representing myself today, so I ask for your patience.

I respectfully ask the Court to consider this case. In Rice v. Pinney, 51 S.W.3d 705 (Tex. App.—Dallas 2001), the court held that an eviction after foreclosure may proceed while a wrongful-foreclosure suit is pending, because the eviction court decides only the right to immediate possession and not title.

I respectfully ask the Court for more time to resolve this.

Thank you, Your Honor, for hearing me. I am ready to answer your questions.
