Good morning, Your Honor.
I am representing myself today, so I ask for your patience.
I respectfully ask the Court to consider this case. In Midland Funding, LLC v. Johnson, 581 U.S. 224 (2017), the court held that filing an obviously time-barred proof of claim in bankruptcy does not violate the FDCPA.
I respectfully ask the Court for more time to resolve this.
Thank you, Your Honor, for hearing me. I am ready to answer your questions.
