Good morning, Your Honor.
I am representing myself today, so I ask for your patience.
I respectfully ask the Court to consider this case. In Jerman v. Carlisle, McNellie, Rini, Kramer & Ulrich, L.P.A., 559 U.S. 573 (2010), the court held that the FDCPA's bona fide error defense does not excuse a debt collector's incorrect interpretation of what the Act requires.
I respectfully ask the Court for more time to resolve this.
Thank you, Your Honor, for hearing me. I am ready to answer your questions.
