I am representing myself today, so I ask for your patience.
I respectfully ask the Court to consider this case. In Garofolo v. Ocwen Loan Servicing, L.L.C., 497 S.W.3d 474 (Tex. 2016), the court held that section 50(a)(6) of the Texas Constitution sets the terms a home-equity loan must include for foreclosure to be allowed, rather than creating stand-alone rights enforceable by a separate constitutional claim.
