Good morning, Your Honor.

I am representing myself today, so I ask for your patience.

I respectfully ask the Court to consider this case. In Fed. Home Loan Mortg. Corp. v. Schwartzwald, 134 Ohio St. 3d 13 (2012), the court held that a foreclosing plaintiff must have standing when it files the complaint, and a later assignment cannot cure its absence.

I respectfully ask the Court for more time to resolve this.

Thank you, Your Honor, for hearing me. I am ready to answer your questions.
