Good morning, Your Honor.
I am representing myself today, so I ask for your patience.
I respectfully ask the Court to consider this case. In Eaton v. Fed. Nat'l Mortg. Ass'n, 462 Mass. 569 (2012), the court held that a foreclosing mortgagee must either hold the note or act on behalf of the note holder, a rule applied to foreclosures after the decision.
I respectfully ask the Court for more time to resolve this.
Thank you, Your Honor, for hearing me. I am ready to answer your questions.
