Good morning, Your Honor.
I am representing myself today, so I ask for your patience.
I respectfully ask the Court to consider this case. In Charter Nat'l Bank-Houston v. Stevens, 781 S.W.2d 368 (Tex. App.—Houston [14th Dist.] 1989), the court held that when a mortgagee deliberately chills the bidding at a foreclosure sale, the injured owner seeking damages need not also prove a grossly inadequate selling price.
I respectfully ask the Court for more time to resolve this.
Thank you, Your Honor, for hearing me. I am ready to answer your questions.
