Good morning, Your Honor.

I am representing myself today, so I ask for your patience.

I respectfully ask the Court to consider this case. In Bartram v. U.S. Bank Nat'l Ass'n, 211 So. 3d 1009 (Fla. 2016), the court held that after a foreclosure is dismissed, each later missed payment is a new default that can support a timely new foreclosure.

I respectfully ask the Court for more time to resolve this.

Thank you, Your Honor, for hearing me. I am ready to answer your questions.
