Good morning, Your Honor.

I am representing myself today, so I ask for your patience.

I respectfully ask the Court to consider this case. In Bain v. Metro. Mortg. Grp., Inc., 175 Wash. 2d 83 (2012), the court held that MERS is not a lawful beneficiary under Washington's Deed of Trust Act if it never held the promissory note.

I respectfully ask the Court for more time to resolve this.

Thank you, Your Honor, for hearing me. I am ready to answer your questions.
